Bumbershoot 1995
Notes: I went up to Seattle over a long Labor Day weekend to meetup with some Pearl Jam friends and go to the Bumbershoot festival, an annual event held at the Seattle Center that's a mishmash of concerts big and small, art, comedy, etc. The band that stood out the most to me was Goodness. They played in a small room, had a rockin' sound, and a great female lead singer, Carrie Akre. I also saw 10,000 Maniacs and Patti Smith. |
